FAQ
How many photos do we get?
Beginning packages start at 75 image galleries. Images are included in session price. All galleries are delivered virtually.
What do we wear?
We will discuss outfits leading up to your session! I have an outfit styling guide I will send you and I am always happy to help leading up to the session or if you are having a hard time narrowing down choices! Things I almost always recommend, pick complimentary colors instead of matching, go with colors that are more neutral and found in nature, add in some prints, and layers are always a bonus! If you want a more bohemian natural feel that think of clothes that help create movement!
What if I have to cancel my session?
All deposits are non refundable. If you have to cancel your session we can try to reschedule you but there may not be as many optimal (weekend or evening) availability. I also understand that life happens, kids get sick, tires go flat, I always do my best to accommodate rescheduling!
My spouse does not like photos…
There usually is at least one person in the family who REALLY doesn’t like getting photos taken. Thats totally ok, we do lots of things that make it feel like you aren’t getting your photos done. My sessions aren’t about my camera, they’re about you celebrating the moments and people you love. My favorite thing to hear at the end of the session is “wow, that was so much easier than with the other photographer we went to”.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You can order prints directly through your gallery at Pixiesset. If not through there I have a list of local print shops I recommend, as well as other online printing. I usually just recommend to stay clear of your local pharmacies or walmart for printing. Colors end up getting changed and you are left with poor quality images. But number ONE RULE, NO SCREEN SHOTS! If you are having trouble downloading, please let me know, I will happily walk you through the steps to ensure you are getting your full quality image!
